I needed to listen to this book to help me with an urgent health crisis. I did find the length of the book quite daunting - where would I find time to listen to 7+ hours ! But I started and chipped away at it slowly.The details David covers in the early chapters whilst a bit lengthy for me did set out the groundwork thoroughly and I had an excellent understanding of concepts by the time I reached the all important (for me) chapters on visualisation. I have nie completed the book. The last four chapters for me are life changers. I feel like I have been handed the keys of freedom to a future free from disease. Thank you David. A must read for anyone facing health challenges. Gratitude in abundance to the author. Fran x

This is the first book I’ve listened to by this author after a friend recommended. I really enjoyed listening to this book, David has an easy voice to listen to and there is some great info in the book. I’ve already applied some of the ideas and it has certainly helped me reconnect with the more ‘feeling’ side of me and made me reevaluate some of my thinking.

I downloaded this after loving the 5 side effects of kindness. This Dr makes the science very accessible and the studies are fascinating. The 2 free visualisation exercises at the end were a lovely bonus. I've already bought his other book and am going to start listening straight away.

Loving this book as previous books written by David Hamilton.
However please can something be done about the volume, it's very soft even though I turn it to full volume, then at the end there's's a voice booming out 'this is audible'. I would appreciate this request being answered. Thank you.

i loved this book. Purchased it as an audio book and listened to it during my daily walks. It made me realise that after my breast cancer diagnosis, I went into a victim mode without realising. I seem to have lost my power and was letting my mind come up with various scary scenarios which, no matter how hard I tried, I wasn't able to get rid of. But at one point in this book I got my "aha!" moment, when I realised how to shift the focus. I am now saying "I used to have cancer", as it was all removed through my surgeries. I even asked everyone around me to use that phrase when talking about my situation. I'm starting with chemotherapy next week and am for the first time looking forward to it. Instead of panicking about poisons being pumped in me, I will now visualise a healing juice being put into my veins, that will strengthen me and keep my body healthy.
Thank you Dr David. You came into my life at the most perfect moment 🙏❤️

As a scientist myself I appreciate the practical way the subject is tackled. I love that particular studies and experiments are referenced and patient stories are included. A very interesting read, especially for the skeptical.
