I loved this, and I will listen to it again taking notes. I have heard about Theta Healing few years ago and looking to deepen my knowledge about it after having read other quantum physics books. It makes alot of sense and I believe that is so important to work on our beliefs as all answers to our experiences in life are triggered from there... I hope as many people interested in finding sense and answers will read and learn about theta healing :). Highly recommend!

I loved this book, I will read it over and over and I fully believe in the healing 🥰, I have never heard of it before but I thoroughly enjoyed going up through the lights. It felt very spiritual and much needed, thank you for sharing this work xx

Very interesting as she bring in the scientific elements and blends with the religious and other concepts 🤔
But some of the examples almost seem like miracles which needs to be seen to believe. But when people lose hope with their maladies it is worth trying and also one can try practicing on oneself as it may not cause any harm 🤔

struggled to finish on audio, im not sure contents, narrators monotome voice or both, probably the latter!!!
assumptions made when ascending to bright white light, through the sticky substance...! seriously. A more logical explanation or spiritual would have sufficed, i mean what is sticky? it just annoyed me.

Filled with potential and an interesting story. However the audio is damaged with letters / words being clipped out which ruins the Audible experience.
The guided meditations are a bit rushed and would benefit from being slowed a little and made more detailed.
