But imagine knowing a simple trick that you could use to help you feel better about everything. No matter how bad, how upsetting, how annoying or how frustrating the situation, wouldn't it be great if you had the power to take it on and make it better?

Well, that simple trick does exist, and it's time to learn how to "Flip It".

This fantastic book will show you a different way of thinking, acting, feeling, and doing, whereby you can easily and simply get the very best out of every situation you find yourself in.

You'll learn straightforward techniques that you can use to make the bad times more bearable, the good times better than ever, and everyday life just, well, less "everyday".

Then, with a little practice, you'll learn how to Flip It swiftly, instantly and successfully to turn even the most pressing problems into the best possible experiences. And once you've learned to Flip It with ease, just like super-successful people have been doing for thousands of years, you'll find, at home and at work, your life is more fun, more successful, more rewarding and more positive. Very easy listen; Michael has a good voice, and interesting intonation - definitely worth a listen. I've read it too - and I've realized it has sunk in - as I do flip it - often!

The author does a brilliant job of reading his own work. It's fun to listen to, inspiring, gives lots of great ideas and makes you re-think many of your stock assumptions and reactions. One of the few audiobooks I re-listen to regularly just for the joy of it.

a lot of fun, and inspiring to boot

I'm big fan of Michael Heppell. His book 'How to be Brilliant' is one of my all time favourites so this was a hit before I'd heard a single word.

I have read many of Michaels excellent books and have been inspired to do all sorts of things that I was avoiding. The problem I have is that I am a slow reader. This audio version was just great. It came at the right time January, when I wanted to have some new resolutions, I could play it in the car while driving and the delivery of the messages was crisp and to the point not laboured or dragged out in any way.The style was very much like Chris Evans audio book which I also enjoyed. Its so easy to listen to and the ideas all make sence. A must for anyone.

'Flip it' I confess to saying something similar when I finished listening to this! Most of the content is fine, but just a little bit on the obvious side for most people. I didn't enjoy this as some of the other more classical books available.

mediocre, doesn't set the world on fire

basic and simple ideas but worth a read. Could have expanded the business section a bit more

For a start, Michael Heppel's lovely accent and from the heart approach make this a really good book to listen to.
I think this is great material for anyone new to and curious about personal development, especially if you're a bit sceptical, as it's really down to earth stuff.
For me it was a wee bit too simple, but a good listen all the same.

Simple, maybe a bit too simple, but a good listen

As with a lot of this type of book, most of the content is common sense and you're simply reminded or informed of better/different way of doing things - it's not much different here but the advice does make you think of things and tackle situations with an 'every cloud has a silver lining' philosophy.

A pretty good book.

Common Sense, but...
