not your average fitness book! Loved listening to Ben's story about his own fitness journey and how he has overcome, and continues to do so everyday, his adversaries with his own health issues with CF and his mental health. Very inspiring to read and also a health and fitness plan that is easy to follow and easy to implement from anyone with or without health issues, for people who are new to fitness and gym training to experts. I loved his attitude and its changed my way of thinking of exercise as "all or nothing" and learning how to encorporate exercise into my life - as Ben explains, everyone has a different life, a different amount of time and a different goal. I think this will be a book I will re read every year and still pick up hints and tips each time.
