This book is written with such care and understanding. The balance of information and authenticity is so refreshing. It isn’t telling you to jump through a million unrealistic hoops, but walks with you to help you find tangible and achievable ways to build healthy and sustainable changes to your life. I wish it was at least an hour longer to listen to! I wish this book was handed to people the first time they start thinking about fat loss so they don’t drown in the noise of diet culture.

Ben made a brilliant job explaining how much our environment, habits, emotions etc influence our bodies. He listed some really useful tools that can be used to improve our lives and what's more important encourages everyone to find a tool that works for them.

This book has the be the most unbiased, and most simplistic way of explaining fat loss I’ve ever heard. He lays it all out for you to make your own decisions. Has some great tips and habits with info on how to implement them into your life style. Not only that but his words and message are just so compassionate to the reader. It makes a big change to hear this message in such a kind way. Well done Ben.

I’ve been following Ben for the past 5 years, can’t fault a single thing in this book. A great follow up to the first, full of information and advice for the every-man in an easy to digest format to implement into your daily/weekly routine.

On top of that his reading has greatly improved from his first book, even with the help of a director and professional studio, it’s clear how much hard work he’s put into it.
