About this listen
Titan was one of the nation's most loved and respected Heroes, until an infidelity scandal tore his image and family apart. After decades spent out of the limelight, Owen Daniels has decided to take up the mantle of Titan once again to try and make amends for his years away. Unfortunately, the Titan Scandal is still common knowledge, and no Hero team wants such a polarizing figure.
With no other options, Owen is forced to take a job overseeing a group of corpies, corporate-sponsored Supers who do rescue work...as long as there are cameras around. Between a team that doesn't want him, fellow Heroes who don't trust him, and a nation that might not be ready to forgive the sins of the past, the return of Titan could prove even harder than the scandal that drove him away. But Owen will have to push on, because his new city is far from a peaceful one.
A mysterious enemy is attacking Heroes and growing steadily stronger. An enemy that only the once-legendary Titan might be able to stop. If he can manage to stick around this time.

Which scene did you most enjoy?
.....i can't say without massive spoilers... lets just say you can't miss it ... or its titanic floppy ears :DAny additional comments?
i really liked this foray into the powereds world it give a lot more depth and more interesting look into the politic of the world... and a character with the best power ever (i means no holds barred the best ever conceived anywhere). do not listen to this in a library as the are several laugh out loud moment and you get really odd looks and asked to leave :)better than the main series

I adored those kids and their adventures, so I wanted to saviour this one and by gods did it delivere.
stepping out of the usual characters and behind the eyes of Titan was handled perfectly, Drew shows us perfectly how even a hero that those who have worked with believe to be neigh on indestructible has fears, pains, regrets and at times even the humble can be arrogant...
This book takes a look at power and shows us how it is only a bigger responsibility to those that choose to do good...
The grasp that Drew Hayes has on the human condition and his ability to put it into words and take you on a journey of discovery is beyond description and will ALWAYS leave me wanting more
Kyle does an excellent job of giving everyone a unique voice and hitting that voice again and again making me able to know who is speaking without their name ever being mentioned, a feat few other VAs can lay claim to...
Damnit Drew, why did you have to abandon this worl

What made the experience of listening to Corpies the most enjoyable?
Great Book - Yes it a spinoff but Titan deserves his own book. You can listen to this book without having read Super Powereds but it does contain a few minor spoilers so read the other books first. Even as a stand alone book it would hold up without being a spinoff. Great Reading and a very enjoyable bookWhat did you like best about this story?
Strong characters and a great narratorGreat Book - Yes it a spinoff
