About this listen
Do You Know How to Communicate with People Effectively, Avoid Conflicts, and Get What You Want from Life?
It's not only about what you say but also about when, why, and how you say it.
Lack of communication skills is exactly what ruins most people's lives.

Is there anything you would change about this book?
The book is of to a good start, but it gets a little borring when the writer goes of into how wonderfull NLP is and goes on with NLP principles for a couple of chapters. I would have loved if the first hour was the benchmark because the rest felt like the writer was just telling you about different approaches from different areas.Would you recommend Communication Skills Training to your friends? Why or why not?
If you new in the field this migth be good. If so buy the paper book, because there is ALOT of pulletpoint reading and it doesn't work in a audiobookWhat three words best describe Wendell Wadsworth’s performance?
Good voice and good speed. Was Communication Skills Training worth the listening time?

I also find very pragmatic the summary of the principles to deliver a great presentation, I think I will listen to that particular chapter before preparing for an important presentation.
The book doesn't talk about new principles or anything that anyone has not heard before, however, the way how are presented makes the principles and the approach easy to remember, and can be put in practice in everyday life.
Great book!

I bought both the Kindle ebook and the audiobook for Whispersync. However, the narrator has the same lazy tone throughout as if he just got out of bed with a cold and is reading it for the first time. He seems to make up the words as he goes along in places and keeps adding in silly filler words and says things backwards that is quite annoying.
The book does have a couple of good sections such as Chapter 18 Eye Accessing Cues. Would never listen to this narrator again though - sounded so terrible.
Narrator is terrible, book is above average
