About this listen
When Biscuit and Berry pooled ideas for their mutual betterment, and one idea concerned Ann Moon, Frisby's beautiful niece and heiress, they had to lean heavily on Aunt Vera, an old campaigner in the field of love. How Uncle Paterson was caught short and rushed to cover, while Aunt Vera hedged the market with a double play and salted down two money-making engagements for the House of Hoddesdon, is one of the most irresistible tales of the one and only P. G.

Would you consider the audio edition of Big Money to be better than the print version?
In some circumstances (weeding or washing up!).Would you be willing to try another book from P. G. Wodehouse? Why or why not?
Oh yes, definitelyWhat does Jonathan Cecil bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
His voices are very good - he has just the right sort of 'English' accent to do the silly young men.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No - over three or four daysAny additional comments?
Very good escapism and cheering. I heard Stephen Fry say that Wodehouse's books were the most borrowed in prison libraries - surprising but true.Classic Wodehouse and very enjoyableI

However, the ending seemed a bit abrupt (as if the author had hit a hard publication deadline & had to stop prematurely) leaving too many elements unresolved.
Yes, guy A gets girl A, but does guy B really get girl B, does the promised windfall eventuate, do the families reconcile? Honestly, there’s still half a book of the good stuff left unsaid.
Too Much Left Unsaid
