Not what expected
I hard her on a podcast and the interviewer said don’t give it away they have to buy the book. So I did. Yet ANOTHER book in order to bio hack my severe stress induced hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue- low cortisol. I hacked so long trying to feel well and shed 15kg packed on for no reason apart from a massive stress event and then learned I had low cortisol and high TSH. Unlike most in my shoes I’d been skinny with a fit trained body for 49 years. Lots of muscle. Clean diet. No chemicals for the past 20 years! I’m not new to this!! Now I regulated bloods but can not shift the extra fat!! 5 years now. A book like this you think will hold the answer ( like them all) then I realised I do everything. Had all the supplements in my cupboard.. have removed the foods and added…. I’ve then paid thousands to have these practitioners one on one… no luck whatsoever…. So unfortunately yet another total waste of a credit on audible. Really don’t bother
