About this listen

When Feyre kills a wolf, a beastlike creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a magical land, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal. As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient shadow is growing, and Feyre must find a way to stop it....

.

I wish that the books in this series were all narrated by the same person....

It’s ok

Quality storytelling as normal but… it really wasn’t worth a credit. She could have popped this at the start of another book. It was nice to find out post war what they all did.

Cute, but kinda boring

It was cute and I'm attached to the characters, but it was a bit boring. Still looking forward to the final book though.

This is this books Christmas special

This book is the loose end tying book this series needed to blend into the next book seamlessly. it can feel boring sometimes but stick with it as all the information is needed and is defiantly not wasted. I cannot write a good enough review to describe how well written this series is and how it makes you feel. This is now my comfort series and will frequent this story telling.

Too many POV

The story felt shattered because of the many points of view, otherwise a good short story of the characters we love.

Book 4

Loved this book. It was nice to have a short book of just funny moments, laughter and seeing how strong their bonds are towards one another. I really liked this book. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Great narrator but poor story

I wish I skipped this title and moved straight to the last book. The narrator was very pleasant to listen to, but the story was not very exciting and was very short.

Where’s the story?

I’m not sure why this is a stand alone book. I loved the others, but nothing happens in this book. It’s kind of tying up loose ends from the last book.

Short filler piece

Very short…. Not worth one credit… seems like it was just a filler between the two books. Should have been offered with the last one.

Not the best quality audio!

The other books were so good that this one had high standards to meet but didn’t fully, the quality of the audio wasn’t great, the beginning of every chapter seemed to skip a bit and cut words out so that’s a huge disappointment! Also the price was the same as the earlier longer ones despite being a fraction of the length which is a huge disappointment too! The story itself wasn’t too bad, not the standard as the others, it’s great to catch up with the characters but the change the authors made of making each chapter narrated by a different character isn’t the greatest change and some of the characters voices/name pronunciation has changed by the narrator which isn’t good either, overall I’m glad to have another book to read with the same awesome characters but it’s not of the same standard as the other books!
