The author did a great job putting together these affirmations. My sister is pregnant with her first child and she really enjoyed listening to this. Sometimes during her pregnancy she has found it very difficult but she really did find her mood uplift whilst listening to these affirmations. She said she found the music relaxing.

Got this for my pregnant cousin and she loves it. It quickly calms her down every time she feels like she isn't in the best mood. This is an uplifting and comforting audiobook and I'm positive that it will help lots of women throughout their pregnancy. Great narration and soothing background music too.

Got this book to share with my neice who is pregnant and she also has 2 under 5s who are keeping her busy!!
We were talking recently talking about how she struggling to stay positive! She wants the baby but she is exhausted and has no time for herself.

This book is amazing and will help her so much.
