Hi, I'm Regina Fridkin. I am first and foremost a dedicated mother, which shapes everything I do, including my work as an intuitive life coach, energy healer, and author. My book, "Conscious Parenting: Nurturing the Connection," reflects my commitment to helping families forge deeper bonds through love and mindfulness. I believe passionately that life is too short to live someone else's dreams, a principle that guides my everyday life and work. I hold a BA in Business Management and Finance, with a minor in Psychology from Brooklyn City University of New York. Although I began my career in the corporate world, my life took a new direction when I moved to Florida 20 years ago, started a family, and shifted into property management. I've been a licensed property manager for over 15 years, a role that has allowed me to develop my skills in guiding, coaching, and solving problems. This path ultimately led me to become a life coach, a role that allows me to empower others to live authentically and consciously. In my coaching practice, I focus on personal growth, helping individuals and families to realize their potential and live in harmony with their true selves. As a mother, I prioritize my children and our family life, striving to live consciously and set an example of living authentically. My hope is to inspire and support you on your journey to a more conscious and connected family life.
