Growing up in the suburbs, he had never stepped foot on a farm until he got the opportunity of a lifetime to manage not just one but two farms with zero prior experience. An insatiably curious person, he loves good stories and good food. Considering his first career as an English teacher, writing a book about good food really was like coming full circle.
