Hi! I’m Laura A. Blake, an epic fantasy romance author currently publishing my debut series, The Shattered Sky Saga. Though I’ve always been passionate about storytelling, my journey has taken me down many different paths. Along the way, I earned an MA in religion and classical history, became a teacher, and started a small business. After finally discovering the road that led me to writing, I’m thrilled to now share my worlds and stories with you. Originally from Montreal, Canada, I now live in rural Maryland in a 200-year-old farmhouse with my husband, toddler, and five wild rescue cats. When I’m not reading or writing—or chasing a toddler or cat to see what they’ve gotten into—you can find me baking, exploring new restaurants and cafés, or searching for the next great bookstore. Some of my favorite things (and a few things you'll find in my books) are fae, slow burns, some morally grey characters, and a whole lot of banter.
