Joseph H. Hansen, born in Minneapolis on the last day of 1960, arguably the greatest of all years to be born. Graduated from South West Secondary School in 1979. I drove cab for almost three years while going to tech school at MTI, (not MIT) for architecture, there was literally zero sleep for me during those few years. Graduated and discovered that I hated being inside all day. I started working as a grounds keeper at a private school and kept a restaurant career at night. stayed in Restaurants for twenty years leaving every now and again to work construction. Became a licensed contractor in my forties, designing and building several homes in the area where I currently reside. Bored by the time I hit fifty, I bought a sawmill and became a sawyer for several years making trim, hard wood flooring and furniture right from trees I felled. It was fun, but not very profitable so I crawled into a rig and drove for the next twelve years. Sixty pounds later, I left the glamor's of trucking and became a labor estimator for a construction company where I currently work in Starbuck, MN as I await the retirement police to take me to Florida. Why read my stories? I am a self taught author, who has used some of the greats from history as inspiration. I honed my skills as a writer for over thirty years before self publishing my first novel Sonny, one of my favorites to this very day. Other than one series, that I did strictly for me, I write with you, the reader in mind. I want to bring you an exciting tale that will entertain you for hours and in one case days. I write in multiple genres, and plan to expand on that as time goes on. If you're an experienced reader of absolute horror, go ahead and dive in to my No Man's Land series. If you dabble in sci fy or true to life fiction, give Sonny or Wayward Son a try. However, if you are truly a fantasy buff, I recommend Cataclysm for a total escape from this world, I spent thirty years developing this world. Most of my work is on Audible and all of it is on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited and Amazon in paperback.
