Jeannine Rashidi brings her personal experiences of healing trauma and PTSD, which originated from birth till age 25, and 22 years of professional experience, including the EDHIR® method she created to guide her clients toward integrating the Heart and Mind after the disconnect from trauma and adverse life experiences. This method has helped thousands alchemize their past experiences while learning to live a life of Joy and Abundance. Having lived the first 25 years of her life with severe emotional, mental, sexual, and physical abuse, she began a journey of healing and changing the dysfunctional cycles. This was happening while she was building her Health and Wellness practice, called Goodbye Tension, supporting those who also had trauma or adverse life experiences, questioning whether she was the appropriate practitioner for them since she was still deep into her healing journey. It became clear that her experience, along with her honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity with her clients, were the perfect ingredients for trust and guidance in their healing journey. Thereby, she followed this path, trusting that she could help whoever came or could find a practitioner to help them. Now, 22 years later, as a Doctor of Ayurveda, she brings her personal and professional experience to you. Jeannine Rashidi is a highly qualified trauma specialist & Docotr of Ayurveda specializing in Sattvavajaya Chikitsa The primary goal is to address mental imbalances and promote a positive mental state by controlling the mind from unwholesome objects, thoughts, and perceptions. Her book, Abundance Beyond Trauma, continues to be a bestseller years after she wrote it. SHe also published the Abundance Beyond Trauma Workbook to support those who are looking to transform & alchemize their past experiences that are preventing them from living a life of joy. She opened her Goodbye Tension practice in 2003, focused on alleviating the core of physical, digestive, emotional, and mental tension. Her commitment to empowering and inspiring those toward awakening the healer within has been a passion for the last 22 years. She also brings her personal experiences of healing 25 years of trauma & PTSD and her book “Abundance Beyond Trauma” which is helpful for anyone who has experienced Trauma, PTSD, and any Adverse life experiences. Her book is an excellent resource for all health & wellness practitioners and doctors to understand the mind and a process to guide clients and patients towards healing themselves. Jeannine has apprenticed under Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath since 2016, traveled to Kerala to directly experience the roots of Ayurveda, and is an ongoing Samskritam (Sanskrit) student to enable her to study the source Ayurvedic books directly. Jeannine is a devoted mother and grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoys camping-living a nomadic lifestyle, photography, meditation, and time dedicated to family, friends, and spiritual practice.
