Born in 1982 in Koło, Poland. Writer and translator. The author of many short stories and books. Nominated for the biggest Polish literary award (Nike) and the Angelus Central European Literary Award. His books are currently translated into German, Russian, Dutch, Finnish, Slovenian, Macedonian and Hebrew. Film based on his novel „Horyzont” (transl. Horizon) is currently in development and will be directed by Bodo Kox. „Magazyn Literacki Książki” (Books Literary Magazine) recognized „Horyzont” as the Book of the Year 2019.
