Gill has been teaching Fitness since the early 80s and was one of the first females in the UK to introduce weight training classes for Women rather than body builders! During her career in the fitness Industry she has been in senior management roles for Local authority Leisure (and health promotion), large Health clubs chains and eventually an exclusive private club.
