Erika Fulton is a writer originally from Oxford, Ohio. Her childhood was spent playing in forests and writing chaotic adventure stories about her and her beloved cat, Seamore. She earned her bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Miami University; her college career punctuated by summers studying art and literature in Florence, London, and Prague. Since relocating to Europe in 2010, Erika has collected a plethora of experiences that continuously color her perspective and influence her writing. Her greatest inspiration lies in the people she meets and the magic she finds in the mundane. Eat Like A Local- Split Croatia is Erika's first published book. Stay tuned for her upcoming autobiographical fiction novel- a spicy and sordid story that takes place in the same city as her food guide.
