Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Julius surrendered his life to Christ when he was 16 years of age. In 1998, his pastor asked him to take on a leadership role of the church's evangelism and discipleship ministry. He acquired tools working with a different ministry to train people from around the world in church planting, home visitation evangelism, and discipleship. He implemented these practices in his training others for the ministry. The pandemic created a burden to reach beyond the walls of the church, and this caused the birth of this book.
