With over two decades of experience in human resources and certifications as a USUI Holy Fire Reiki Master, trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner, sound healer, meditation teacher, and Duke Health & Well-Being Coach, Donna bridges modern wellness strategies with sacred spiritual practices.
