Camille Bateman Haight, was born and raised in Sandy, Utah as the seventh child in a family with eleven kids. Growing up in a loving home, she was taught a love of God, a love for family, and a love for good stories. Now the mother of five girls, those lessons can be passed down to her own children. Her father once told her a good story can lead us out of our darkest places and fill us with hope. It will pull at you from within, challenge you to think and bring forth a bond between you and the characters. Camille believes the characters must be more than just names on a page. They should be your best friend or your most hated foe. A good story will make you laugh out loud or have tears slipping down your cheeks. Whether it's the modern-day world or an unknown fantasy realm, the story should feel authentic and engage you on every level.
