I wrote a book, but you probably gleaned that. I am a Senior Advisor to SYPartners, a 30-year-old global transformation consultancy and was previously the CEO of NOBL, a global consultancy pioneering new ways of working. I’ve had the honor of partnering with C-suite leaders at Pfizer, Microsoft, Calvin Klein, Hilton, Atlassian, Target, and Google, among many others. I have an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. I have delivered dozens of keynotes around the world, from NYC to Stockholm to Lima to Zoom, on the human experience of work. I had a few fun career adventures before consulting, including founding an innovation function, conducting research on body language at a dating app company, teaching middle and high school math and physics, and very unsuccessfully acting in LA when I was 23. I live with my husband, Brad, and daughter, Arden, in NYC. When I’m stressed, my motto is “most things, most days,” and sometimes that even means ending my day in bed eating takeout queso and watching reality TV. But most days, I’m healthy. Most days, I’m happy. Most days, I have a really, really good time at work.
