I have a strong background in business, including financial analysis and accounting. I have set up businesses for myself several times and am familiar with the process and with keeping good accounting records. I was introduced to yoga by my daughter. She is very passionate about the healing that comes from yoga. She also makes many of her own remedies and self-care products. I started learning from her and have seen the impact this has had on my life. I feel more at peace with myself and liberated from the lifestyle that exacerbates a person’s anxieties and stress. After learning about this for myself, I want to share this with others and help them find their inner peace. As a senior myself, I find that I have more control over my life after regaining some of my flexibility. I want to share this with others and help them do the same. I lived my entire life working for others and supporting the corporate lifestyle. My life consisted of going into the office, satisfying my employers, then going home. Even during the pandemic, I kept this same routine. Then I found the joy of being outside, communing with nature and wanted more of this. I started exploring ways to bring nature into my life. Now, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I started living a mobile lifestyle, ridding myself of most of my possessions and moving into an RV. I found a greater peace of mind, reduced anxiety, and more happiness than I ever had before.
