Our time of initiation at the Jade Bastion is coming to an end. After two more weeks of grueling training, we will be sent out beyond the walls and into the Wilderlands. Purgatory is the second part of Dante's The Divine Comedy. The listener finds the Poet, with his guide Virgil, ascending the terraces of the Mount of Purgatory inhabited by those doing penance to expiate their sins on earth. There are the proud - forced to circle their terrace for eons bent double in humility; the slothful running around crying out examples of zeal and sloth; while the lustful are purged by fire.

Now that the dark elves have come to the hamlet, there's a lot of work to do. Firstly, I'm going to turn my magic to bolstering the defenses. Then we'll need to work on expanding the hamlet into a full-fledged town that's capable of taking on the ogre king. For that, we'll need to find more elves to join us. Good thing elves aren't in short supply in this world.

Guilds everywhere want to snuff us out before we can even get off the ground, and enemies from outside of Millbank and even Earth are determined to take us down. It's a good thing there are expansion weapon cards that might just help us even the odds a little.
