Il "Vangelo secondo Marco" è il secondo dei quattro vangeli canonici del Nuovo Testamento. La maggioranza degli studiosi moderni, però, concorda sul fatto che sia stato il primo ad essere scritto, per poi essere usato come fonte per gli altri due vangeli sinottici (il Vangelo secondo Matteo e il Vangelo secondo Luca), in accordo con la teoria della priorità marciana. Si tratta di un testo la cui versione pervenuta è in lingua greca e di autore anonimo, che l'antica tradizione cristiana attribuisce a Marco evangelista, anche noto come Giovanni Marco, cugino di Barnaba.
