In this volume, you will find three of Campbell’s classic novellas. The first is The Voice of the Void, which is the shortest of the three, and is a story of cosmic horror about a space crew that hears a “voice,” which threatens their very sanity. They must decide whether they should embrace, or escape this mysterious voice. The second story is When the Atoms Failed, which is set in a world where atomic power drives the majority of machinery.
