It comforts me to know that Jesus promises us healing for the broken hearted. Even in the darkest of situations there is hope. I have walked through some dark days and difficult circumstances yet Christ has brought healing to my life. I have written this book to share with you the journey God has taken me on and some of the tools He used to bring healing and lasting freedom.

Our lives are ruled by habits. We are defined by them. How our days play out, how we act and react, and even how we eat, sleep, and talk are all affected by our habits - for better or for worse. It's said that it takes 21 days to form a new habit or break an old one, so why not spend the next 21 days forming a habit of spending time with God? If you've got 21 days, we've got 21 devotions specifically written for today's teen girls.

During a season of transition in my life, I found myself overwhelmed with negative emotions like self-pity and a complaining spirit. It was as if a dark cloud had descended over me. I prayed and asked God for wisdom on how to overcome these negative emotions. As I did, I sensed Him leading me to do a 21 day gratitude challenge. Over the course of the 21 days, God began to change me as I spent intentional time being grateful for all I had been given.

We all have a story to tell. And that's what this book is about. It's a collection of 35 true stories of forgiveness to inspire and encourage you. These stories come from 33 different people from various walks of life. So, no matter where you are at in your journey of life, we believe you will find hope while listening to this book. Unshackled and Free Freedom...isn't that what we truly want? To be unshackled and free from whatever holds us back and imprisons us.

Have you been through difficult times in your life? If so, you are not alone. Jesus says in John 16:33, "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Notice that He doesn't say that we might have trouble or that if we have enough faith we will escape it. He clearly states that on this side of heaven we will walk through difficult times in our lives. And yet we have reason to hope.

This book is a resource created in response to numerous pleas for help from young girls and women alike regarding their struggle with sexual addictions. Although it is one of the largest issues facing today's Church, pornography addiction is also one of the largest secrets in the Church, especially among women. We aim to open the door to confession and conversation among women in the Body of Christ who feel as though they are alone in this struggle.
