    041: euni's back on the show for an open conversation with Brittney about intimacy, sexuality, connecting with others in many capacities, and how it relates to the pelvic floor and overall pelvic health. A little background on her: euni is a multi-disciplinary artist, facilitator, educator + somatic practitioner who guides integrative practices for healing, intimacy + pleasure. She curates trauma informed spaces through private sessions, educational resources, experiences, workshops, and retreats. The work of Self Study is founded on a blend of evidence based principles, spiritual + cultural wisdom, and eastern + holistic wellness modalities to ignite agency, power, openness, expression + deeper, more intimate connections for individuals and people in relationships. euni is studied, trained and expanding methods to increase understanding and integration of how we exist in our bodies and to increase the ways we feel pleasure, play, and liberated to be more authentic + expressive in all the parts of ourselves.
