This podcast is amazing.

I'm naturally much more of a pack-rat than a minimalist, but certainly a wannabe minimalist.

Listening to this podcast has helped me let go of a large number of items that I'd been clinging onto. I still have a long way to go, but every little helps, and I'm slowly seeing my belongings reduce in number.

The Minimalists also go way beyond the topic of minimalism, discussing an ever growing number of topics in order to add value to people's lives.

I highly recommend giving them a listen.

Fantastic value-adding podcast

Every episode gives you some breathing space to consider how we live and how we find meaning in life and live more simply.

My favourite episodes so far are 'Movement' and the very eye-opening 'Clutter Coffins'. 😀
