Hello, I'm Matt, based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire in the UK, I'm a vocalist, musician, songwriter, podcaster and author. My show features guests from creative backgrounds. From musicians, event promoters and organisers, comedians, to business owners and entrepreneurs.

This episode features Alex Lowe - Actor, comedian, writer. Known for performing as characters such as Clinton Baptiste on Phoenix Nights, Barry from Watford on the BBC. Alex has been part of the entertainment industry for a number of years starting his life as a child actor, and working with a variety of television and filmmakers throughout his career, and most recently is spending much of his time on the road performing sellout stand up shows in character as Clinton Baptiste. We discuss Alex's life growing up, his career in the industry, plus the highs and lows of being an actor breaking into the live circuit.

This episode features Juli Flintoff, author of the book The Secret Back Door published by Austin Macauley Publishers. Juli talks about her story of raising two young children whilst caring for her father with terminal cancer and her mother with dementia. Juli has faced many obstacles which she continues to overcome, yet this journey has not been easy. Juli talks about her approach to care and her view on supporting an individual who is living with dementia rather than suffering from dementia.
