UFC 310: Pantoja vs. Asakura is the last UFC PPV of 2024, and it's a strange one. UFC Flyweight Champion Alexandre Pantoja defends his title against a debuting UFC fighter, Shavkat Rakhmonov is fighting Ian Garry instead of for the Welterweight title, and there are two completely weird and random Featherweight fights on the main card. Okay, so UFC 308 was nuts. Not only did UFC Featherweight Champion Ilia Topuria cement himself with a first his title defense, he also became the first man to knock out Max Holloway. And Robert Whittaker was submitted by Khamzat Chimaev. At least the judging was bad, so something felt familiar.
