Herminia's book came out over 20+ years ago, and helped pioneer a new way of thinking about career reinvention, and since then, has gone on to help and inspire many professionals looking to transition into new careers by tapping into their multiple selves. It was recently updated, and the second edition was published in the fall of 2023.
