We hope to provide a safe and casual listening experience for you. So that we can all hopefully feel a little less alone. In SEASON 1 “SAYING YES TO” we narrow our convo down to one thing that the guest encourages us to say yes to more. The Amarillo Project hopes to spread positivity and normalization of the good, the bad, the ugly...and the occasional F bomb. It’s essentially you eavesdropping on a FaceTime call with my friends as we get drunk and tell embarrassing stories. Good conversation stimulates growth, lovely laugh lines and a damn good time. Tangents very much included. So what are we saying yes to next... *Trigger Warning: This podcast talks about Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety and Mental Health*

  • {S2.E1} Self Sufficiency with Callum Francis
    Nov 3 2020

Season II "DON'T STOP ME NOW"
Welcome back to The Amarillo Project! I kick off the season with a stupid little simple convo with an old buddy of mine. We talk over several important bullet points under Self Sufficiency; Self Dependency, Self-Service and Self-Honor.
No, this isn't an ego booster. It's medicine for the inner child. It's tough love tonic. It's timely tools. Your strengths are your weaknesses, because you have the vulnerability to look this weaknesses and insecurities in the eye. And we dive into how both of us handle situations where we sit with those insecurities. And how we get out of the 'funk'.
We also give ode to  a woman of power; motivational speaker, spiritual teacher, author and  life coach, Iyanla Vanzant.
I'll be interviewing a guest every week! Leave topics you want to hear in the comment section our instagram!

  • Saying Yes to Being Present ... A Q&A between Me and You
    Sep 20 2020

Well, we've reached our final episode of The Amarillo Project! In this last and final Episode of Season One, I talk with...YOU! I recorded an Instagram Live and those who joined me asked questions and I answered as honestly as I could. Answering questions that put me in the hot seat sometimes too. C'est La Vie. And with the little help of a few gin on the rocks, we wrap up a wonderful Season with a collective thought from the cosmos of social media. Saying Yes to being Present. The Present is a gift. And in times that challenge us, the last thing we need are more obstacles in the way of reaching the surface for air. We gotta stay together and keep cheering each other on in the journey of life. More importantly, check in with yourself. Listen to your body. Listen to what your heart is saying. The heart tends to crave your attention more. So give it to it. Be present.
Love you all. See you soon, for Season Two ;)

  • Saying Yes To What Makes You Happy ... Knowing You're Worth Today w/ Rob Houchen
    Sep 11 2020

Today's guest on The Amarillo Project is Mr. Rob Houchen! Calling me all the way from his stylish flat in London, Rob and I chat all things inspiration and ALCOHOL. JK. Though we do have a lot of laughs and I have a lot of martinis, I've found with Rob the best conversations are made with jokes and drinks. Rob's career both in Theatre and his Songwriting, is sure to impress. But when the doors are closed and the mind is free to wander and explore all the crevasses of doubt, we are then faced with questions about our purpose and identity. How do I stay inspired? Does my work reflect who I truly am? And the question we need to ask ourselves constantly...Does this make me happy? Rob is hardworking, inspiring and authentic. And I'm lucky enough to know him as a humble, heartfelt goofball who opens up in this episode and shares with you, our beautiful audience, who the master is behind the mind. We hope you enjoy this deliciously tipsy conversation!
