Part of a generation of young movies stars, whose film careers, signalled the end of the Hollywood Studio system, in order to sustain his success and live as peaceful a life as fame allowed, Tab, along with several other young movie stars of his day, was forced to live a double life, in an era where movie stars were often expected to meet impossible expectations by their fans and society at large.

Most relevant  
Interesting and well presented telling of lives of classic Hollywood movie stars. Especially liked the Tab Hunter and Sterling Hayden episodes. 2 men I didn't know much about until finding this informative podcast. Like other reviewer frustrated by background music- but persisted and found later episodes from Stuart Granger onwards have very little background music and much easier to hear. Will be listening to other episodes hoping presenter will produce a lot more without music.
