Morgan discusses her background growing up in Spring, TX, her journey with tourettes, the many different backgrounds with law enforcement, emergency services, fire services, and coaching fitness. Although being the lightest person on the District H coaching staff, Morgan is pound-for-pound one of the strongest individuals in our gym. Her passion for coaching comes from her natural disposition as a highly energetic, motivating individuals that wants to see her clients succeed.
