 We take a look back at our win over Birmingham Brummies as King's Lynn Stars picked up vital points in their quest for a play off position. We take a look ahead to fixtures against both Oxford Spires and Ipswich Witches as the Stars continue to look for points in their quest to make the end of season finale. We are joined on the show by Ben Cook as he continues his recovery from the broken scaphoid and radius that ruled him out of the home fixture with Leicester Lions. He talks about the slow process and how he has learnt to use his hand again on route to returning to track action. It's a double dose of Grand Prix action as we see a double at Manchester as Rounds 4 and 5 see Robert Lambert and Jan Kvěch look tom improve their positions in the standings.
