James is a Registered Patent Attorney with a technical background in computer science and systems development and management. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C in 2004 and his B.S. in Systems and Computer Science from Howard University in Washington D.C. in 2001. James is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and is currently a member of the Florida Bar and the Ohio Bar.
