I was invited to sit with the ladies of On This Frequency to discuss race and racism in America and how that feels for all of us, it was a much needed conversation and absolutely appropriate to share the recording on the Copastetic platform.
This is Part 1 of 2 of We the People podcast episode.
We were coming out of a holiday weekend (Independence Day) and thought it'd be a perfect opportunity to talk about America's history with vulnerability, and a lot of uncomfortable dialogue we unpack our personal experience with racism, how comfortable we feel talking to white people about it, micro-aggressions, the racial wealth gap, systemic racism among other complex topics.
