You’d have thought if you were publishing a meditation you’d listen back to it to check it’s ok. If she slowed down it would be good but she goes through at break neck speed! No sooner are you breathing in but you’re supposed to have breathed out and moved on!

I have long covid and need to nap and rest deeply to keep going - this either sends me straight off to sleep or puts me in a zoned out state that is much more refreshing than lying awake worrying

Enjoyed the body scanner at beginning however the narrators voice was not relaxing. The majority of meditation was silent, just a very quiet humming sound
