    Retd. Col. Eugene L. McFeely is the Senior Director for Veterans Affairs and Services at Penn State University. He previously was a Penn State professor of aerospace studies and commander of Air Force ROTC Detachment 720. Before joining Penn State, he was director of operations at Air Force Central Command at Shaw Air Force Base.
