The key to activating and maintaining Kundalini is to be able to center yourself, (some know this as grounding and not centering, it is the same thing under a different term), but you have to be able to learn to do this whenever you need it. Kundalini balancing will allow you to draw upon the energy of Brahman or Universal Consciousness, and receive that energy back into your body, your chakras and your hidden path of energy and regain your own personal power.
