In 2017, Leon Jacobs had been a surgical resident for 13 years. Leon had been kicked out of at least four residency programs.

But, Leon was determined. No matter what, he was going to get a license to practice medicine.

When a string felony charges interfere with Leon's plans, he enters into a murder-for-hire plot that costs one woman her life.
