This woman owns her own healing studio called Unity Yoga, PLX where she is a yoga instructor, esthetician/massage therapist, plant-based medicine aficionado, health and wellness coach, entrepreneur and truth seeker. She started feeling things were "off" during the lockdowns which went hand-in-hand with this advanced yoga training she was receiving.
