About this listen
Episode 48 - Employee's duties. Welcome to this weeks episode where we are breaking down regulation 14 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 which sets out the legal duties of employees in H&S management. Yes, your employer has duties but they can only fulfil those duties if the employee plays their part!!
The company obviously has to put in place resources, support, training etc... but they can only succeed if the resources are used and the training is followed and there is a legal duty to use the above.
We hope you enjoy our very extended episode!!
