We think, 'I'll be happy when I get the promotion,' or 'when I go on vacation,' or 'when the kids are grown.' We treat it like a destination we hope to arrive at someday.

    But what if that’s all wrong? What if a good, happy, peaceful life isn't something you find, but something you build?

    I’m Dr. Robert Puff and welcome to “Intentional Living, Lasting Happiness”. This is the podcast for anyone who is ready to stop drifting and start steering. We’re founded on one simple, but life-changing idea: you have to actively work for a life of joy and peace.
