  • The Lexington Minutemen defeated the Clear Fork Colts in the season opener on Friday, November 29th, by a final score of 65-51. Lex led by as many as 18 points, but the Colts rallied several times, cutting the lead down to 7 in the 2nd half. The Minutemen responded to post the 14 point win at home. Lexington's leading scorer was Seven Allen with 24 points (13 of those came in the 1st quarter). Two other Minutemen were in double figures, as Joe Caudill had 15 points, and Jacob Legron chipped in 10. Clear Fork was led by Garrett Hotz with 33 points and 12 rebounds. Sophomore Trey Sellers added 10 points for the Colts. Game was broadcast "live" on WMAN with Aaron Hines
