From The Book Of Revelation Part 3

  • Summary

  • Blessed are the reader and the hearers of this prophecy, provided they obey what is written.

For the past few weeks, we have been in the book of Revelation. The word of the Lord has been: Watch, Look, Behold—He is coming. But He is not just coming; He is coming for the church. And He is not just coming for the church; He is coming for a church without spot, wrinkle, or blemish.

We have been called to examine ourselves—both as a church and as individuals.

Revelation has so much to unpack…

    📖 Read Revelation 4 and 5

What are the sevenfold Spirits of God?

📖 Isaiah 11:2-3 reveals them as:

    The Spirit of the Lord

    The Spirit of Wisdom

    The Spirit of Understanding

    The Spirit of Counsel

    The Spirit of Might

    The Spirit of Knowledge

The Spirit of the Fear of the Lord

Another perspective comes from Romans 12:6-8, describing the seven graces:

    Prophecy

    Service (Helps/Ministry)

    Teaching

    Encouragement

    Generosity (Giving)

    Leading

    Compassion (Mercy)

Apostle John was already seeing prophetically in one realm, yet he was called to another dimension when the voice of God said:

"Come up here, and I will show you more."

This shows us that there are levels of seeing and being in the Spirit.

Day and Night… They Never Stop Worshiping

I submit to you: Make praise and worship a daily practice.

The throne of God is surrounded by worshippers. The four living creatures and the twenty-four elders have worship on repeat. Yet some of us feel uncomfortable opening our mouths to worship… but God is near to the worshipper. He seeks those who worship Him in Spirit and in truth (John 4:23).

Apostle John was given a front-row seat to Heaven. He was instructed to share what he saw. If we understand nothing else about Heaven, we must know this:

🔹 God is being worshipped and praised

    🔹 Songs are being sung

    🔹 Voices are being lifted

Let us learn from the angels, the four living creatures, and the twenty-four elders—who themselves have thrones, yet none sit higher than the One who created all things.

I want us to keep worship and praise at the forefront of our minds and on the tip of our tongues. May it become our second language.

Whenever you have a moment throughout the day, pause and declare:

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, the One who was, who is, and who is to come.” (Revelation 4:8)
