  • Episode 8: The Long Game: 21 Years of Marriage and God’s Steady Provision
    Jun 5 2025

Today marks 21 years of marriage for me and my husband, Bill—and no, we’re not heading to the casino for our “blackjack anniversary.” Instead, I’m reflecting on what it really means to stay in the game.

Marriage is its own kind of wilderness—unpredictable, stretching, sacred. And over these two decades, we’ve walked through valleys, career shifts, family loss, and moments where we had to lean in or risk drifting apart. Through it all, God’s provision hasn’t always come in dramatic ways… sometimes it looked like the quiet strength of a faithful partner beside me.

In this short anniversary reflection, I’m sharing the sacred parts of our story, the verses that have anchored us, and the reminder that even when love feels ordinary—God’s hand is still all over it.

💛 Whether you’re married, waiting, or walking through something hard right now… may this remind you that God’s provision shows up. Often in the people who simply stay.

“Two are better than one… if either of them falls, one can help the other up.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10)

  • Episode 6: Closed Doors & Clear Paths. Sometimes God closes a door because you’ve outgrown the room.
    May 22 2025

Sometimes it doesn’t take a slammed door or shattered pot to know God is moving you on.

Sometimes… the space just starts to feel too small.

The rhythm that once fit starts to pinch.

The voice that once led you now says, “It’s time to go.”

The fig tree in this image isn’t broken.

But look closer—and you’ll see the signs.

The roots are pressing outward. The light is calling.

    You haven’t failed.

    You’ve grown.

“Closed Doors & Clear Paths” – Episode 5

We’re talking about what to do when God ends a chapter—how to trust Him when the room you’re in no longer fits who you’re becoming.

  • Episode 5: Faith, Femininity, and the Freedom to Shine
    May 15 2025

In this episode of Faithfully Empowered, I’m sharing a story that starts with lipstick… but ends with legacy.

Before I ever had a business plan or a podcast, I was a newlywed in Texas, searching for purpose. That’s when Mary Kay—and one unforgettable mentor—planted a seed that would shape the rest of my life.

Join me as I reflect on:

✨ How a pink Cadillac and a powerful woman led me closer to Christ

✨ Why “God first, family second, career third” still grounds my calling

✨ What Mary Kay Ash’s legacy taught me about obedience, purpose, and late blooming

✨ The truth about faith, femininity, and why beauty isn’t the enemy of holiness

✨ And how God uses unexpected places (like lip gloss!) to begin sacred shifts

Whether you’ve struggled with confidence, questioned your calling, or wondered if it’s too late to start over—this one’s for you.

    📖 Key Scripture:

    Philippians 1:6, 1 Peter 3:3–4, Isaiah 43:19
