The whole goal of the spiritual and Christian life is to be like Christ. This seems to be unpopular today, even among some who claim the name “Christian.” With the rise of Christian nationalism and distorted interpretations of Jesus' message, it’s more important than ever to pause and ask: am I living a resurrected life? In this episode, I speak from the heart about what it means to truly embody the Christ essence—unconditional love, joy, healing, generosity, service, and deep spiritual connection. I also offer a moving tribute to my great-grandfather by sharing an updated version of his hymn, “God of Peace, In Peace Preserve Us.” This musical moment reminds us that no matter the chaos, we are called to be lights in the world. Are you living a resurrected life?

This week on The Experience of the Soul Podcast, I’m sharing a very personal and powerful message in honor of Holy Week—an invitation to deepen your connection with the Christ presence within. As we move from Palm Sunday toward Easter, this episode focuses on affirmations and healing through the teachings of Jesus Christ and the spiritual legacy of Myrtle Fillmore, Unity co-founder.

I share two foundational affirmations that have been part of my spiritual walk for years:

💫 I am a child of God. Therefore, I do not inherit sickness.
💫 Jesus Christ is here now, raising me to His power and consciousness.

Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ. A most powerful mantra.

These aren’t just words—they are transformational truths that have helped me through illness, emotional healing, and spiritual challenges. Let’s honor this sacred week by calling on the name of Jesus Christ in our practice and allowing ourselves to be lifted into divine awareness.
